Lauren provided excellent customer service. I did not feel rushed or pressured and she took the time to either answer or get answers for me as my questions came up. WE WANTED A GREAT PRICE AND A FAST, EASY PURCHASE AND RECEIVED A GREAT PRICE AND FAST SERVICE. WE WANTED A FWD OR AWD THE HAD GOOD GROUND CLEARANCE FOR MOUNTAIN ROADS AND FOUND THE SUBARU FORESTER TO BE RECEIVED A GREAT PRICE AND FAST SERVICE. WE WANTED A FWD OR AWD THE HAD GOOD GROUND CLEARANCE FOR MOUNTAIN ROADS AND FOUND THE SUBARU FORESTER TO BE JUST THE VEHICLE WE WERE LOOKING FOR AT 8.7 GROUND CLEARANCE. SINCE WE HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING VEHICLES FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS, WE DECIDED ON THE SUBARU FORESTER FOR SAFETY, RELIABILTY, QUALITY, LOOKS, AND OPTIONS. This dealership intentionally concealed a fault in a used car I purchased from them. High mileage car, so no warranty involved, but one would expect some semblance of honesty and forthrightness. Mastro Subaru lacks both. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere. More
