I highly recommended to anyone who want to purchase a Subaru to look for Mike. All the pre negotiation are done very email/sms. Over all our experience was good/stress free and everyone there was friendly. With a very minor intimidation from the GM during the final price negotiation. But, I will still give them (Mastro Subaru) a 5 stars as both of us finally agreed on the deal with smooth and happy ending. LOL!. More

Worked with Matt and the sales mgr on the price of the vehicle. Once a price was agreed upon and was introduced to the Finance director Julio A who did a fantastic job in the closing paperwork and knowledge of a warranty for the vehicle. Drove home in the vehicle that night. Would highly recommend. More

Purchased another car Went in to have my car serviced and was looking at the cars. Found a 2019 Forester and fell in love with it. Darrell Fowler came along and started talking to me. Showed me the features of the car and said if he could keep my payments where they are now would I be interested in buying it. I said yes next thing I knew I was purchasing my second car from them. Next Julio Ayala the finance Director stepped in and handed all of the paperwork. Both of these guys were very professional, friendly, explained everything and made this buying experience stress free. I have never had a bad experience at Mastro either purchasing or servicing of my vehicle. Darrell and Julio both deserve above five stars. Thank you both. More
