The way we expect a car purchase shpuld be handled! We were dreading our visit to a dealership to trade in our car and purchase a new car. First we were greeted by a warm welcome and big smile as our Product Specialist, Gabbie opened the door for us. That is the usual welcome when you first arrive anywhere to buy something. The great part of our experience is the friendliness did not end there. Gabbie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the time with her. We choose to come back the next day to do paperwork. We were welcomed again and introduced to Julio who quickly and efficiently got us through all that paper the government requires. He was friendly and got us through the dreaded paperwork. These two people make buying a car a pleasure and we look forward to meeting the service department! Thank you Gastro Subaru for caring enough to hire caring, friendly employees to represent your dealership. By the way, we love our Outback! More

We were looking for a red Forester, which turned out to be allusive. No problem. She ordered one just the way we wanted it. On delivery day, she gave us detailed instructions on all things Forester . Julio then charmingly took our money. Really. He ran through all of the items on the Buyer's Order Sheet and government requirements. Lastly he introduced the optional items in a detailed, but not hard-sell way. We gladly recommend Mastro Subaru. More

Had a tire maintenance warning. I had to take time to go to maintenance at Mastro Suburu, a 30 minute drive on toll roads, only to find it was because the computer was not reset.
