Darrell Fowler came along and started talking to me. Showed me the features of the car and said if he could keep my payments where they are now would I be interested in buying it. I said yes next thing I knew I was purchasing my second car from them. Next Julio Ayala the finance Director stepped in and handed all of the paperwork. Both of these guys were very professional, friendly, explained everything and made this buying experience stress free. I have never had a bad experience at Mastro either purchasing or servicing of my vehicle. Darrell and Julio both deserve above five stars. Thank you both. More

Had a tire maintenance warning. I had to take time to go to maintenance at Mastro Suburu, a 30 minute drive on toll roads, only to find it was because the computer was not reset. Nothing wrong with car, but took an hour and a half out of my day. Also the tech said he would set the tire pressure readings from Kia to psi. But he didn’t. More
