Hi Anna, It sounds like we did the Subaru recommended services of a synthetic oil change, and tire rotation for good tire wear. We shop our competitors and we are very competitive for the same work, we’re actually quite a bit less than Jiffy Lube. That being said, you don’t have to do the services that are recommended, but it will save you money in the long run. We appreciate your business. Please be sure to compare prices for synthetic oil changes, they do cost more then the older conventional oil, but can be driven more miles.

We got semi synthetic not synthetic. We did not get a tire rotation, as it was a extra 25 bucks. I don’t know where your getting your info , but it is not what I understood. Sounds like a canned response.
