Myra, we want everyone that comes to us to leave happy. We're sorry that you didn't. Our shop did exactly what was requested. The Tribeca was brought in for an airbag recall, and there were some other campaigns that were no charge to you. While it was here, the service request was to check various service light codes. We did this as requested. The car has over 200,000 miles on it and has multiple high mileage maintenance issues that we made you aware of. We were in contact with Mr. Robinson about these and he approved all of the additional work as it was diagnosed. Every aspect, including the total cost, was covered in detail, no surprises. When the work on Tribeca was completed, we were told that you were not in a position to pick it up. In an attempt to accommodate you, we let you remain in the loaner car for an additional week while you got things sorted out. Our policy on loaners is to return the car with the same amount of fuel as you received it with. Your car sat for a week in our service parking. When you finally came to pick it up, the battery was dead. We jump started the car and used our charging system tester to determine the issue. The battery tested weak. If it showed better after you drove it, that would make sense, but doesn't rule out an issue. A good battery should be able to sit for a week without going dead. Your complaint that we didn't put gas in your car is surprising, we don't typically refuel customer cars. It came to us with low fuel and was returned as such. So, we're at a bit of loss here. We did what was requested and approved, let you use our loaner car for an additional week at no cost to you, endured profanity in our service area and discounted the total for you as an additional attempt to make things work out. We also will absorb the cost of damage to the loaner car rear bumper. Sometimes, as much as we try to be helpful, it's not enough. We wish you the best.

This is not true. Damage!! what damage!! This is a first I heard of this. I rarely drove the car it was only a week and the car was in private garage at work. You are a disgrace to the Subaru industry. How dare you lie to protect your job. I was a director of a large home health agency , so money was not an issue. The reason my car sat for a week was you had to order a part. After you've received the part and worked on my car you charged me 3 different prices first $875.00 then $1,120.00 final cost was $2785.00 to be exact. The reason my husband was upset because you refuse to get him a copy of the break down of the charges. My husband is a life Christian And never use profanity at all. This story is false. And as a Subaru dealer you should have known that my mileage should not had been an issue. Remember I brought my car in on a Recall Alert. Then brought it back because the lights were coming on. At that time I had my.car for 7 years with no problems, because I always serviced my car. Again, you gave me my car back with no gas and I gave you my car half full. I truly know and understand that.you had to test.my car, but the question would be. Why, give the car back with no gas? You could have put gas in the car and charged me. But No, I had to rush across the street to the gas station and leave my car running because you just gave me a battery jump, because the car wouldn't start then you tried to sell me a battery for $80, which I refused to buy, because I just brought a new battery a month prior to this day. Then I rushed to Advanced Auto to have them check my battery percentage, which they told me, there was.nothing wrong with my battery. Then a few weeks later, I went to the Port Richey, Florida Subaru Service Center on Route 19 and they fixed my car after my car engine light came back on again, for less money and better customer service. I just sold my car 2 months ago with no problem 4 years later after this incident The thing is I loved my Subaru for 11 years and it's customers like me that you should have cared about because we matter and loved the product.
