I'm not sure what you want to do. I have tried to be honest with my review. I feel I have been unfairly low-balled on each trade-in. I keep coming back to Stamford Subaru because it is a convenient location. I had a good experience with the salesman, but the sales manager came up with a trade-in value far below what the salesman estimated. I don't believe the salesman was making a mistake, I believe the sales manager was. I also assume that this is all standard practice. I am not mad, but disappointed. While I appreciate your interest, I doubt we can agree on a deal, given how far apart the numbers are. As for the Service Dept. the issue has been dealt with because I sold the car. But that doesn't change the fact that I paid for services that did not fix the problem. When the Service Dept. says they fixed a problem, but really haven't, I just got tired of dealing with it.. bringing it back again and paying again didn't seem to make any sense. I will try to email you my contact info since we are still looking. (not sure if I'm supposed to put it here or not)

That is fine. All I can do is try. We obviously have to refurbish our trade ins and then try to resell. Their is always a trade in value, a private party value and a dealer retail value. Depending on the shape of the vehicle and it's demand will always determine the price. I can atleast review the value Rich put on the car and see if I agree with it or not.

Hello, I noticed your review went live today. I guess it's been the twenty day grace period that dealerrater gives its certified dealers to rectify any problems. I thought since we met and were able to strike a deal by getting you more for your trade, you would at least update your review to reflect the entire experience which I believe was a positive one. It's your call and of course if you were to change it, we would appreciate it very much. I understand that you and everyone else has a right to voice their opinion on any review site, but when peoples livelihoods (ie, dealership employees) are involved it become a bit of a deeper issue, for me anyway. I trust you are enjoying your Outback, and when I said you can call me directly for any Subaru related issues, I truly meant it. All the best, George
