Ray Baldwin (sales person) was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a good overview of the cars we were interested in and addressed all of our questions quickly without pressuring us. He was able to track down the car we wanted within 3 days and kept us posted while he searched. He had the car clean and with a full tank of gas at time of purchase. Even more important, he spent well over an hour going over all the features of the car on a cold December afternoon and has followed up to make sure everything was going well post purchase. There obviously has been an extremely strong service emphasis and directive from the top of the organization along with an excellent training program and selective hiring practices to achieve such superb quality and attention to the needs of the customer. And among the service reps who have assisted me over the years, Danny DeAlmeida of Stamford Subaru stands out in a class of his own. Danny cares and he shows it in every way. He always exceeds our expectations and goes the extra nine-yards to make sure we are more than satisfied (and sometimes shocked) by the quality of the service delivery.
