The service advisers know their product and really go out of their way to help you. I was pleased to see that Mike was now working at the Subaru Superstore. He works very hard to make sure you are taken care of and provides excellent customer service. Quality of Work: Every time I bring my car in for service I am pleased with the results. The problem is diagnosed and repaired quickly and correctly the first time every time. Friendliness: As mentioned above, the employees have a great attitude and work ethic. Gus Kostopulos is at the top of his game as "El Professor de la Subaru" - he is masterful in his people skills and extremely knowledgable about the automobile he is selling. I own another vehicle, I'll just say that its German and expensive. My experience with the Subaru Superstore in Chandler was better than my dealings with the luxury car company. My car was in for a 7500 mile service...plus checking for problem with dash illumination. Mike arranged a loaner car. Having dealt with another valley Subaru dealership service department, we came to Subaru Superstore on recommendation of a acquaintance. The move to Subaru Superstore as restored our faith in Subaru and was the type of experience any customer should experience with regards to the service of their vehicle ~ honesty, friendliness, concern and immediate follow-through.
