We had been researching for months on a new vehicle and then decided to go full EV we were actually on our way to Toyota to see what we can go check out that we happened to see Subaru, I’ve always wanted a Subaru they are great cars, safe, reliable, and overall I like the culture behind it. So we stopped and saw the few EVs they had well Parker let us test drive two and we talked for a bit then went home. My husband and I looked up a few more things that we wanted to make sure this would be the best purchase for us and the deal was great! Overall very happy with our new EV and glad we just happen to stop by. More

I had a scheduled appt for 8 am and they didn't look at my car until the mid-afternoon, over six hours, so if a repair was needed there is no time to do it that same day. My wife and I share one car, so t my car until the mid-afternoon, over six hours, so if a repair was needed there is no time to do it that same day. My wife and I share one car, so this is a real inconvenience for my car to stay overnight. When I mentioned this to the service advisor on Saturday, they said that I was lucky because it could take up to 72 hours before they might look at my car. Frankly, that is ridiculous. Why would I take my car in and let it sit for three days at the dealership before they could even look at it when I had a scheduled appointment. I would expect that someone should be able to look at the car within four hours at the most otherwise you should schedule me for another day which would not have been a problem. I scheduled this appointment nearly two weeks out. If you didn't have the part, I understand the delay but waiting more four hours to even look at the car seems like poor service to me. More
