Beautiful facility, well staffed. Service consultants were attentive to my needs and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Service consultants were attentive to my needs and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. More

Good service but they always want to sell you on other things for your car. Charging $25.00 to replace a bulb for my license plate was outrageous. I went to Auto Zone and brought apack of 2 bulbs for $8.0 things for your car. Charging $25.00 to replace a bulb for my license plate was outrageous. Subaru White Plains had a car I wanted, and I drove 800 miles to get it. I was lied to and mislead by management at the dealership (see screenshots). The car had damage to the bumper and I was told it w miles to get it. I was lied to and mislead by management at the dealership (see screenshots). The car had damage to the bumper and I was told it would be fixed prior to me picking it up. I got a call from Erik Tiedge, Sales Manager the afternoon before we headed to New York to pick up the car- “the bumper wasn’t repaired, it was an oversight, we’re sorry, but we are going to make it right.” I said that is fine, just send me an email saying that and I’ll take you on your word. The next day, after we drove 800 miles through the night, we arrived to pick up the car and I spoke with the general sales manager Garrett about the bumper. Garrett said, “we’ll take care of the bumper. Get 2-3 estimates and I’ll approve one.” He even made this promise in writing via e-mail. To compound matters more, the car had a 3 foot scratch on the hood down to the base coat, which wasn’t disclosed (this is far beyond normal wear and tear). The roof had hail damage, and the front and rear brakes had lot rot. Zero reconditioning was done on this car to make it retail ready. I wasn’t expecting any of this on a car with only 15k miles. I get home from New York, get 2 estimates, and sent them both to Subaru so they can keep their end of the bargain and at a minimum, replace the bumper. They completely blew me off! Weeks would go by and no response from their General Sales Manager Garrett. I filed complaints with the New York Attorney General and the local NBC investigative journalists, “Better Get Baquero.” Once NBC got involved, they finally paid for the bumper. I trusted their reviews online and should not have. My experience was far different from these likely purchased, glowing reviews here on Google. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER. 0/5 stars. More
