The dealership was great upon leasing. They asked us to use their service department. They pickup and deliver vehicle free of charge which is amazingly convenient. However, they did not They asked us to use their service department. They pickup and deliver vehicle free of charge which is amazingly convenient. However, they did not accept or apply a service coupon simply because it was not handed in with the vehicle and would not apply the credit to the charge for service or attempt to apply the coupon which was mailed to me directly from them. Very clean/new and they go out of their way to provide service above and beyond other service centers. The fact that one can either reserve a loaner (with a few days' notice) or get a ride (from Uber or L service above and beyond other service centers. The fact that one can either reserve a loaner (with a few days' notice) or get a ride (from Uber or Lyft) at no cost to the customer is outstanding, for example. If you do want to wait, the waiting area is clean and laid out so you can socially distance- so important these days. They got the job done with expedience. I was able to work from home until they contacted me to say the work was done. The uber picked me up to 7 minutes later. A highly service oriented business! More
