I always praised this Subaru dealership compared to other because it set itself apart with “FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE!” I found out today that that service is no longer available and today was my last compli because it set itself apart with “FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE!” I found out today that that service is no longer available and today was my last complimentary oil change and that this service ended 3 owners ago. Maybe you don’t want to offer this service in the future but those loyal customers could’ve been grandfathered in. My experience was fine today but nothing now sets them apart from other Subaru dealerships. More
