I own 2 Subarus. I was informed today that they will no longer be honoring my oil change for life -unless I get my service done here. The problem is that they have continually recommended unnecessary service work on my car for years-the proof is in the service point checks they give you-oil changes thousands of miles before actually needed, fluid changes not recommended by manuals or any other mechanics. Another great business decision-ending my free oil changes “for life” -just as I am coming to the point of needing a new car. They sealed the deal today-my next Subaru will not be purchased here. When I arrived the price was about $100 more a month than I had been told prior. She apologized for my misunderstanding not her mistake and offered free oil changes for the life the lease. Well fast forward to today and the first oil change and there was no record of free oil changes on their record. They checked but it was never put in the system. So I paid but I am done with this dealership. I also just referred my wife for a new car but we’ll be shopping else where. Nothing this place tells u to make you happy is actually true. Do not use them. More
