Oil change This experience was a lot better than my last one. The first time I went I got horrible costumer service the guy helping me didn’t even take any of my This experience was a lot better than my last one. The first time I went I got horrible costumer service the guy helping me didn’t even take any of my info or keys just told me it’s a 3 hour wait and to get in line with no other information. I had gone in originally because I got a call from Subaru telling me to make an appointment for a service that was due when I called and explained that I only had 2300 miles on it they insisted I still make an appointment so I did that’s when I came in and was told that appointments don’t matter and that I need to wait for three hours even though the guy working didn’t take down any of my information what so ever. I decided to leave and come back a different time since I have a free oil change for buying a brand new car from them months earlier. This time was a lot better though, I had a different guy helping me he was super helpful took all my information and my keys right a way and was done within 30 minutes. I can’t say all my experiences are bad here but it’s definitely hit or miss. Just hope you get one of the good employees. More

Great customer service! I came in for an oil change. Chip, the service writer was great, and the service was fast and efficient. He let me know what my car needed in addition I came in for an oil change. Chip, the service writer was great, and the service was fast and efficient. He let me know what my car needed in addition to the oil change, but did not make me feel pressured to do it at that moment. i will be returning after a trip to have the additional work done and will hopefully have Chip as my service writer! More
