I have had a positive service experience with Subaru of Cherry Hill and decided to upgrade my Forester at this dealership. I feel fortunate that Mark Haltzman is my sales person. I've been going to Subaru of Cherry Hill for service since June of 2020. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer recently having my rear brakes serviced. I am usually greeted with great hospitality and since June of 2020. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer recently having my rear brakes serviced. I am usually greeted with great hospitality and quality service. Generally, the service is timely and accurate based on the estimated time to complete provided. However, much to my dismay, my bill included a $11.00 service charge on top of my $367.00 bill which parts totaled around $100. I can understand the labor costs involved; however, I am not happy with the $11.00 up charge for using a credit card especially given that business are beginning to shift to cashless. I am seriously thinking about looking for anew dealer to service my vehicle. More
