When we finally got there, Nick Staffieri was waiting and ready to help us. He took the time to help us understand all the features of the Forester, our first Subaru. He has owned three Subarus himself, which helped us get a great concept of the owner loyalty the Subaru name is known for. After deciding upon the Forester for purchase, Nick walked us through the whole process making sure we understood everything along the way. We received what I consider to be an excellent purchase price and trade in value. The staff was so friendly and patient.
