I think people today are too sophisticated in their buying quest to want to be bothered with high pressure sales. i contacted the dealer through the internet. Damon was extremely helpful in showing me various Subaru options that fit the bill from Imprezas, to Crosstreks to 'Legacy's, without being pushy about them, We need more salespeople like Damon who just give you the facts about the cars and observe and assess your interests, without trying to push hard or up-sell on something you aren't interested in. I never felt pressured by the salesperson to "buy this instant" and I greatly appreciated their willingness to negotiate a fair price on the car. I purchased a 2016 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited with roughly thirteen-thousand miles at a good price. More

He asked what model and trim packages I thought I was interested in, checked his inventory, gave me the color options, and within 15 minutes I was test driving my future car. He explained the features of the car, including the CVT, provided some relevant personal anecdotes, and we moved inside to take care of business. As my friend appreciated, despite the efficiency, there was no aggressive pressure to buy, upgrade, or subtle diminishment of my selections. In the business end, he provided better terms than the Check Ready from my bank that I had arrived with. He shepherded us though the remainder of the process as other specialists very competently explained extended warranties and technical operation. It was all very comfortable in every way. More

One thing that I weigh above all others is how the dealership responds to problems. There are always bumps in the road, and my most recent car purchase did have some issues which needed to be addressed. The folks at Cherry Hill not only made things right, but trusted me 100%, worked with me to identify solutions that worked best for me, and ended up making me an even more committed customer than before. I'll be coming down looking to replace another car soon! More
