I like this place. Most of the employees look healthy or better. (Well, yeah: service coordinator can turn grim instantly, but even for them: pretty good.). I think I should save some money and they should make some. Even when they were trying to raise profit apart from the vehicle price, they were friendly, and once I made it clear how far I would go, they did. not. waste. my. time. Sales techniques I saw were not high pressure. When sales staff said they had to talk to their manager, they were gone about as long as it should take to find that person, wait for them to finish what they were doing, talk my deal over and get back. None of this wandering off to watch an episode of their K-drama hoping I’d get scared the deal would blow up, only to return with an oddly specific price as though there was some reason they couldn’t budge. If you like that kind of fight, there are places you will always get it. If you want a good experience and a price that’s decent, you may want to check out Subaru of Clear Lake. More

Mixed feelings. Advisor, Perry Strange was very good. Concise, helpful and good information. Findings by technician Cristian Garcia were very deceiving incorrect. Went to AutoZone where I had purchased battery and was told battery was good and just had corrosion at terminals, which AutoZone fixed (for free). My Tire Pressure Monitor system was not working. Advisor said new stems were not used when Subaru (this dealership) replace my tires 2 1/2 years ago due to a mistake on THEIR part when I purchased my Subaru Outback in 2019. I was told I should have paid/or been supplied with new "tire stems" with replacement. I was never told or offered this with the tire replacement. These 60,000 mile tires will be 3 years old this DECEMBER. I can now pay $160-180.00 to have them (stems) replaced or just see this irritating symbol EVERY TIME I DRIVE and have to check my tire pressure every 4-8 weeks. I will attempt to NEVER get tires at this Subaru Dealership AGAIN. JERKS. This negated any positive feelings about them correcting their original mistake. I was interested in the hybrid Subaru Outback but was told no sales people were in house to help me. I walked showroom ----absolutely no brochures or INFORMATION posted by various model available. I am still considering hybrid Subaru but will absolutely pursue this interest at a DIFFERENT Dealership which is more honest and WANT to sell a new car to an interested person. I love my Subaru Outback but have huge concerns about anything with maintenance and will always double check what I need to keep my Subaru functioning and performing well. Soooooo, nice, good Advisor who was helpful, polite. Fairly slow service -- got there 7:15 am left little before 9 am for routine oil change. Poor/incorrect information by technician--no effort to help--- only to gouge more money I did not need to spend. Evidence of poor/money seeking interest on this Subaru's "help" in correcting a previous mistake when they did not give me new tire stems with the tires they put on my car 2 and 1/2 years ago. Now have a constantly irritating symbol on by car, I can not recommend this dealership without making SURE you are prepared to carefully consider what they tell you. There are other Subaru dealerships fairly close by. Use THEM. More
