We had an excellent experience at this dealership. We took our 2013 imprezza in for service. We were mildly sick, some employees were out due to covid, we were still helped quickly by Adam in the serv We took our 2013 imprezza in for service. We also got a loaner from them in the meantime which was very helpful. Shortly thereafter we decided we would purchase a new vehicle from this dealer as well. my wife and I were sharing the 2013 that we bought in college and we wanted something newer, and more reliable now that the imprezza was starting to show its age (minimal issues w the imprezza until now, we purchased it new 10 years ago.) We are now driving a 2023 subaru Outback premium and loving it, and hoping to get many more years and miles from our little imprezza as well. Robbie at the dealership was excellent to work with during the purchase of our car, texting us to communicate about the car we ordered, and accomodating us changing our minds a few times. I would highly recommend the ease of working w Adam, Robbie and the other staff we encountered at the clear lake subaru dealership.
