He was very cordial and easy to talk to. I had a question about the cargo net that I bought and the instructions said that I need to have Subaru install it. I asked if there would be a charge to install. He checked on that and informed me that yes there is a charge. He saw my disappointment in that. So he offered me to bring it back and he would look at it and see if he could do it for me. Thank you Perry for your courteous, professional and excellent service.
