Treated Poorly after I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, noticed tires were almost bald. The vehicle had great tires 2000miles ago, and it was suppose to hav after I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, noticed tires were almost bald. The vehicle had great tires 2000miles ago, and it was suppose to have been aligned. Instead of trying to help me they turned me over to the sales department. When I got home, and realized, they hadn't changed the oil, and wouldn't take responsibility of the bald tires, I was mad, wound up calling them and leaving an angry message. They called back and banned me from ever coming back. Subaru makes great cars and suvs but the dealerships should be trained to take responsibility when they make a mistake, or at least make phone calls to try and work things out......Enter at your own risk. More

We were greeted by Gene McMahon, in sales, who immediately started our visit on a high note, and left us feeling very comfortable from the get-go. Test drove a Buick and Cadillac and were really pleased with each of them. Gene was so easy-going and very knowledgeable, giving us the pros & cons of each car, in a plain and simple fashion which we really appreciated. Even though we spent the afternoon continuing this process, Gene made the time fly by quickly, and treated us like a family member at every turn. We never felt any pressure in the least bit, which is something that cannot be said of other dealers. Ultimately, we closed the deal on our Cadillac and are ecstatic with our purchase! Personally, we couldn't have had a more satisfying buying experience anywhere else! Now, we have a great friend, in Gene, to return to, and the place for all our future purchases and service needs. Parts/service I ordered a part for my car 4 weeks ago. After ordering the parts I was told it should take about a week to get to me. I waited a few extra days after I ordered a part for my car 4 weeks ago. After ordering the parts I was told it should take about a week to get to me. I waited a few extra days after the expected delivery and waited to see how long it would take. After four weeks I figured it was long enough. I called to find out where they were and was told they have been sitting on the special orders shelf for three weeks because they had two addresses for me. So instead of calling me to find out what address to send them to (of which I clarified what address to send it to when I ordered the part), they stared at it on their shelf and waited for me to call three weeks later. Had bad experiences with them in the past as well for actual service. Lost my business for good. More

I bought a used 2006 Mercury low miles The car I bought is a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. A bit on the high side considering the age but should have been the car I wanted for long trips. On the way home the seat belt chimes started and there was a light for the air bag not showing . Talked to Gene about it and we finally agreed that i would take the car to my local Ford dealer. I was told they would do a circuit trace then a couple days later Ford fixed the problems for over $800. there was some grumbling about the price but the dealer finally sent me a check for half the amount I paid. They finally made good on our agreement. gene played a part in this that helped me a lot. More

Professional and hospitable!!!! My Daughter Grace and my wife had been looking at cars for several days and had narrowed it down to about 4 cars. That's when Dee (my wife) asked if My Daughter Grace and my wife had been looking at cars for several days and had narrowed it down to about 4 cars. That's when Dee (my wife) asked if I could go with Grace to find the "best" car for her years ahead in high school and college. We got a late start on Saturday and went to several dealerships at the Auto Mall. We arrived at the dealer that had the car that my daughter liked to most around 10 minutes past their closing time. We were happy to see that the salesperson that my wife and Grace had spoken with and driven the vehicle with the day before was still on on the sales room floor. She seemed in a big hurry and asked if we could come back the next day. We were wondering if our deodorant had worn off, because we didn't feel welcome. Grace and I decided to drive over to Nova Road and check out the dealerships there. We browsed several lots and when we stopped at the Ritchey used car lot, found that they were closing as well. We were greeted with a great big smile from Gene McMahon, who immediately made us feel at home even though they were closing. He walked us thru the entire lot like he had all the time in the world. He told us about his daughter and his family and inquired into our family. He listened to what Grace wanted in a car. He is very personable and very knowledgeable about the various automobiles that we inquired about. All of a sudden in front of us was "The One". We set a time to come back the next day to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived, Gene had the license plate and keys in hand like he had been waiting all day for us to arrive. We drove it and loved it. For Grace it was the perfect fit. I discovered the Subaru Legacy is one of the safest cars in the world. So you can imagine how happy I was that Grace wanted "The One" over the other less safe models that we had looked at. We felt in very good hands thru the entire buying process and found it to be handled very professionally. Once we agreed upon a price, Peter handled the paperwork and was very professional and informative on the various warranty options available to us to add value to the car in the years ahead. By the time we finished our business with Peter, Gene had the car detailed and cleaned up so we could drive it home. What a great experience that we had in finding and working with Gene McMahan!
