Used car department We had an excellent sales experience. Gene was amazing, we met this guy at the tent sale in orange city. A month had passed sense our first chat. Not only did they listen (after many dealers I spoke with seemed determined to sell what they wanted to sell instead of what I actually wanted) to my needs and follow up, they actually went out of their way to make it a smooth transaction - even after I signed the deal. Treated Poorly after I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, noticed tires were almost bald. The vehicle had great tires 2000miles ago, and it was suppose to hav after I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, noticed tires were almost bald. The vehicle had great tires 2000miles ago, and it was suppose to have been aligned. Instead of trying to help me they turned me over to the sales department. When I got home, and realized, they hadn't changed the oil, and wouldn't take responsibility of the bald tires, I was mad, wound up calling them and leaving an angry message. They called back and banned me from ever coming back. Subaru makes great cars and suvs but the dealerships should be trained to take responsibility when they make a mistake, or at least make phone calls to try and work things out......Enter at your own risk. More
