I purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas cross sport from this dealership around June 6th. Even after the salesperson (Gabe) telling me they had two keys for the car, the sales manager waited until he swiped my c dealership around June 6th. Even after the salesperson (Gabe) telling me they had two keys for the car, the sales manager waited until he swiped my credit card for my down payment / security deposit to tell me oh yeah we only have one key. At that point they are now offering to charge me up to $600 for a second key. I refuse this but now that they have my security deposit it is non-refundable so the sneaky sales manager knew exactly what he was doing. The finance writer Manny told me that the car did not have a warranty. I explained to him that it should still have the Volkswagen warranty which is 4 years 50,000 miles. He argued it did not and then proceeded to write the extended warranty that I purchased for 3 years and 36,000 miles to start on the day I bought the car. I called Volkswagen USA and gave them my VIN number and they gave me the specifics for my vehicle personally telling that my vehicle is covered bumper to bumper until March of 2026 or 50,000 miles whichever comes first. I contacted Manny in the finance department and explained this to him and told him that the warranty needed to be rewritten as I was not going to lose 15,000 miles as we oh no anything can happen in 15,000 miles. I still have not heard back from him after almost 2 weeks he does not return phone calls and I'm ready to take legal action or or file against better Business whatever I need to do because this is not right. His only answer is well if anything we would just cancel your policy and refund your money. So now I need to go look for a new warranty which is what I did not want to do and that is why I bought the warranty when I bought the car. Beyond that, the car has broken down four times since I bought it it has been at the Volkswagen dealership I just got it back for the third time, and the people at the dealership don't seem to care. I went to pick up my license plates and Manny would not give me any answer still. I spoke to my salesperson Gabe and told him about all the issues I'm having with my car and his answer was I don't know what to tell you. Stay far away from this dealership as once they have your money they don't care about you or what's going on with your car. Protect yourself at all costs go to a different dealership. More
Due to my limited experience with this dealership I can only speak about the sales department. I worked with Gregory Pla whom I have no negative comment on. I being someone who is not good with technology, Greg took time going through the car’s features until he was sure I was comfortable with each functions. So far, VERY GOOD. I knew I wanted a Subaru. Once I was at the dealership, Rackeam was extremely helpful, explaining the options and financing choices. Once the purcha I knew I wanted a Subaru.
