The minute I drove my car in for service I was greeted and everyone was very polite and courteous they wanted to know if I had any questions or concern. They made me feel very important. My whole experience with Subaru of Englwood has been absolutely DISAPPOINTING. Mr. DeSantis does not take or return my phone calls. Upon picking up my vehicle Mr. DeSantis told me he would look into my absolutely DISAPPOINTING. Mr. DeSantis does not take or return my phone calls. Upon picking up my vehicle Mr. DeSantis told me he would look into my tire and wheel warranty to cover the cost, still 3 weeks later he has not done this or gotten back to me regarding this matter. The technicians who worked on my vehicle left greasey handprints on the cloth interior of the door panels. Due to the fact that I do not live in NJ, Mr. DeSantis told me I could take my car to get detailed and they would reimburse me. I called recently to verify that they would still honor this, Mr. DeSantis will not call me back to even confirm. I am so DISGUSTED with the lack of customer service I have dealt with from Subaru of Englewood. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, and this entire experience has me considering getting rid of my Subaru vehicle entirely. More
