I took my car in for the 120000 mile service and was provided timely and quality service from drop off to pick up. Including a video made by my service tech! Absolutely brilliant work! Had to get a mix of scheduled and identified corrective maintenance done to my 2021 Crosstrek (plus get the annual vehicle registration annual renewal inspection). Damian and shop staff at Suburu of Georg maintenance done to my 2021 Crosstrek (plus get the annual vehicle registration annual renewal inspection). Service went well and the Service Advisors couldn't have been better! Initially I went in for a warranty mileage checkup and my service advisor was Damian Alarcon. He came to me in the waiting area severa been better! Initially I went in for a warranty mileage checkup and my service advisor was Damian Alarcon. He came to me in the waiting area several times to make sure I knew what was happening with the car as time progressed. As it turned out, there were two items that required further attention and parts. When the parts came in, Damian called me to schedule a followup appointment immediately. When I went in for the new appointment, I was greeted by Service Advisor, George Pelonis since Damian wasn't in that day. Again, I received excellent communication from George and, although I spent several hours waiting (I had planned for a long wait) I never had to wonder what stage of service my car was in. I will admit that it's been quite some time since I have owned a new car or had maintenance done at a dealership, but my ex spent many years working all facets of the service end of dealerships and probably my greatest pet peeve is poor service. I'm "old skool" and I remember when even the phone company offered great service. (Yes, I'm THAT old!). The Subaru of Georgetown Service Department provides 5 star service! Thanks! More
The changes to the service process is really great. The new waiting area, the streamlined check in and check much better. I was kept informed of the progress, cost and the time spent was minimal.
