James, Terry, and Jeff in the service department saved my day! I had rolled through the express service lane (unsure if I needed an appointment or not for my concern) on a Monday afternoon after I discovere day! I had rolled through the express service lane (unsure if I needed an appointment or not for my concern) on a Monday afternoon after I discovered a piece of metal hanging from the bottom of my car. I wanted to have it looked at to ensure it wasn’t anything major. James, the Foreman, took a look underneath my car and assured me that the hanging piece of metal was not part of my car but instead a piece of scrap metal that got lodged into undercarriage. He removed it and I was well on my way to getting back on the road without issue. Thank goodness! My issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. I am so grateful for these three helpful and kind men. I left feeling safe in my car again. I always appreciate the fantastic service I receive at Georgetown Subaru time and time again. Thank you again so much James, Terry, and Jeff!! More
Nice that I could make a reservation for a specific time/date with the new ownership. Not always possible in the past. In for a basic service which was handled promptly. The new owner, service manager, parts man Skylar, and my service writer Damian, went out of their way and satisfied me. They are incredibly helpful! I needed my oil changed and went there without an appointment (not needed) but they were closed that day for a computer change over. My car was damaged while in for service.I sent email My car was damaged while in for service. I sent email with pictures and explanation of what happened. I received EXACTLY no response. I really don't know if ANY of the billed repairs were actually done. There was no dirt or dust removed from any of the fittings that would be required to be removed (Differential fluid plug, transmission fluid plugs, etc.) Battery immediately stopped working after service. Hard to tell if they damaged it in addition to the obvious scratches and dents that occurred to the body while in their shop. More
Kris Tippins was wonderful to work with. He found and delivered everything I wanted in a car. He was attentive and polite and wore his mask throughout. That was important to me. I found Kris to be an exceptional salesperson in that no matter what question I would ask by email or in person Kris would respond promptly and answer by question no matter how elementary. I have never had the feeling of complete confidence with any other salesperson that Kris gave me. He truly is an asset to Subaru and I recommend him highly without any reservation.
