Well this is the first time in 30 years that I actually bought the same vehicle from the same dealer just a newer model. That should explain enough. We liked working with Kathy. She greeted up enthusiastically and did all the right "salesy" things to close the sale quickly. Should probably have gone with an in-state dealership. There is (still) a lot of stuff I need to do to finish the registration (even though it was a plate transfer) that I would not have had to do had I been in-state. Sales tax was also not included in the financing because it was not handled by the dealership. All of this was not something that was told to us up front, though we had asked Dan & Kelly about how that would be handled prior to the closing of the sale. Hand waving about it - it would all be handled... And then we got charged the Administrative Fee and we have to do an awful lot of the administrative work... That seems unreasonable. Given these, I will not be purchasing a car in NH again. Thanks for listening. More
