I stopped by Subaru of Keene after my old car finally died. It was also a Subaru and after 300K miles I was certain that my next car would be a Subaru. I was looking around the lot and ran into Shannon who took the time to stop what she was doing and introduce herself. This was the first time I was considering purchasing a new vehicle and I wasn't exactly certain how to proceed. We chatted for a minute and she asked if I would like to meet with her inside after she finished what she was doing. We sat down and discussed the WRX that I was interested in for a bit and I took it out for a test drive. She talked about some of the features of the car and admitted she wasn't the expert but she seemed to know her stuff. I believe I had a couple of questions that she didn't know the answer to off the top of her head but she found out once we returned to the dealer. We didn't talk numbers or anything that day and I had to wait for some work related expenses to be reimbursed so that I would have a down payment. I told her that I would be back on my next day off to continue the conversation about the purchase. She was fine with that and kept in contact over the course of the week and a half that went by. She even texted me a picture of the car that I was interested in. So I went back and I had changed my mind on the color of the car I wanted. The dealership found one with most of the options that I wanted and in the color I wanted (hey if I'm buying new it better be the right color too). The option that the car didn't come with was fog lights and Subaru of Keene installed those and it looks like it came that way from the factory. Shannon was very low pressure. She wanted me to make sure that I was getting the car that I wanted. I feel that they were very reasonable on price after doing some research online. Once I had made my mind up Shannon handed me over to Dan to fill out the financing paperwork. Dan was very personable and made the financing paperwork bearable. He guided me through some of the extras that are available. So the bottom line is that I would definitely recommend Shannon Jewell and Subaru of Keene. I am very happy with my new car and the attention that I received from Shannon. More

We love Subaru products, especially with the weather of the northeast and our Forrester is our latest in the Subaru line we have purchased. Our sales person explained all about the Forrester, showing us the features and taking us for a test drive, answering our questions. We are very appreciative of the efforts put forth by all of the staff at Subaru of Keene to help us get into the 2013 Forrester. More
Curt was an excellent Sales Rep, very easy going and pleasant to interact with. We purchased our son's first vehicle thru Curt. It was smooth as silk. He will be highly recommended to our friends. Even my dog was happy. Why go anywhere else? This is my eighth Fenton Family vehicle, either purchased or serviced since I moved to the area in 1988. We could have easily traveled to milford instead. Shannon Jewell was also quite pleasureable to work with. Makes you feel welcome, big smile. Deserves a raise frequently. My husband and I were looking to replace my car as mine was 10 years old. We went to this dealership (about an 80 minute drive) because of their reputation. Other Subaru dealerships nearby I haven't heard great things so we decided to make the trip down there just to look at what they had. As soon as we arrived Ken had greeted us and our children. As soon as we pulled up Ken knew all about the current Subaru I was driving which was comforting to know how much he knows about Subaru's. There was even a room for where our kids could hang out, color, watch TV while we talked car business. The best part is that our whole family got to test drive the car we wanted by ourselves, which most dealerships would not allow you to do that. The vibe at this place was great, and they are right on top of customer service. I had looked at other cars, however, with our New England winters I wanted a car that I could trust in the snow. Previously owning a Subaru I was already familiar with how well they handle in the snow, so which is why we wanted to get another one. Even if you don't live close, it's worth the drive down there. They do not pressure you into any deals, they are well informed about their cars and try to work with your budget. More
