We spoke with Michael Babineau a week prior to purchasing our new Outback and called him back to make an appt. to buy our new car with our trade-in. We arrived earlier than our appointment but were greeted our new Outback and called him back to make an appt. to buy our new car with our trade-in. We arrived earlier than our appointment but were greeted by Anthony (smiling all the while) who spoke with us about our choices until Michael was available and gave us a thumbs-up on the color we chose. Michael spent a great deal of time with us, most of the late a.m. into the late afternoon. He did all the leg work in getting us a very generous offer for our trade-in and explained all the details of the trade and purchase without making us feel at all hurried. Scott was extremely helpful doing all the financial paperwork, and we greatly enjoyed talking to him. The paperwork is extensive, but Scott told us he realy liked meeting the customers and conversing with them, always learning something interesting to talk about with each of them. I would highly recommend Michael, Scott, and Anthony and all of Subaru of Keene. I also had a phone conversation with a woman who handled the internet side of Subaru of Keene who was extremely helpful in making our decision to purchase a new Outback.
