This is the second purchase we have made at Subaru of Keene in about 2.5 years, and this last purchase was even smoother than the first. First, the approach when my wife and I first walked in was welcoming and friendly but in no way pushy, which had all too often been the case at other dealerships. These folks were professionals ready to offer their knowledge, and work with us through the process of choosing the car we wanted to buy, but not trying to make the decision for us. Curt (and all the others we talked to) were great about covering the pros and cons of the choices we were considering and in no way did we feel that we were being urged to "move up" in our choice. They loaned us a car to try out before we came to any decisions, but when we decided, Curt and his colleagues facilitated the process with unbelievable speed and accuracy. This included arranging for registration and plates in Massachusetts. They then picked us up at our home in Massachusetts and took us back to New Hampshire to pick up the car, all as part of the deal and at no extra charge. At delivery Curt gave a very comprehensive tour of the car and its features, helped program the little personal things like seat adjustment and sound system. and gave us his personal contact information in case we had further questions. They all know and are proud of their products as well as their reputation as a dealership. More
