He absolutely did not pressure me to buy from him, but rather provided me with valuable information about the status of the Imprezas. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru I would highly recommend Keene of New Hampshire. It's worth the little extra effort to go out of state and get great customer service! With this letter, I just wanted to say that this service I receiced from the Keene team was perfect. When I first contacted you in january of 2011 and you gave me the price of the Outback 2011, I could not believe the price you gave me over the phone. It was 10 000,00 $ lower that the price I got in Canada (Quebec) for the same car and your car had more options. Futhermore, I remember how stressed I was when I order the Outback beause my wife was about to give birth at the end of april 2011. Soon after, there was the huge earthquake in Japan that cause an additionnal delay to the delivary of our car. Even with all these events happening you would always respond calmly to my question, to secure my worries. Finally, the car came in and I pick-it up on may 5th, 2011 at your dealership, in Keene. Unfortunately, you were sick that morning so we missed each other but I got a wonderful service from M. Dan Kraner and M. Scott Peabody. The return to Canada was stress free since all the required papers were sent at the proper Canadian border before our arrival. I can assure you that the wait was worthy! My wife and I are very satisfy with our purchase and we surely would recommand canadians to by from Subaru of Keene. Last but not least we even had chance to test the Subaru warranty. Since, we had a little back door mecanism problem. We got it fixed in a dealeship in Canada and got the reimbursement from Subaru of America within a month. It provided far more information on the new 2012 Subaru Impreza than any other site I have found thus far, including Subaru's own c dealership page. I decided to give Mark a call despite living so far away. I let Mark know that I didn't live in Utah and it didn't affect the way he treated me or the answers he gave me. It was obvious he cared to help me, rather than be focused solely on a sale. Mark was well informed regarding the new model and was also offering a very competitive pricing to pre-order the new Impreza. If I lived in New England, I don't think I would pass up the opportunity to work with Subaru of Keene. Thanks again Mark and good luck out there this winter. More

This is the only dealership between VT and NH that actually gave me a real price quote online. I found it saved me time. Other dealers that I contacted asking for a price quote would not offer an as actually gave me a real price quote online. I found it saved me time. Other dealers that I contacted asking for a price quote would not offer an asking price based on my online inquiry. One other dealer did not even offer me a price in person and seemed reluctant to even sell a vehicle to me! I appreciated being able to conduct my business online and over the phone. I knew what I wanted and was given a good price for it. The folks were very willing to accommodate my needs. I have not had the opportunity to use the service department as yet, but am looking forward to the same quality service I received in sales. More

We were however unprepared for the aggressive dishonest salesmen we would meet while on our quest to find this seemingly illusive used car at a fair price, that is until we drove into Subaru of Keene. We had not planned on going to a Subaru dealership figuring it would be more expensive but we were wrong. This dealership has a very warm friendly atmosphere. We were treated so nicely by Brian and everyone there and drove away with a beautiful 2006 Forester at a great price. We just got our first free oil change today and they were fantastic! We are so pleased with our car and we tell everyone about Brian, Dan, and the service we received there. Thanks to everyone at Subaru of Keene! More
Wow I cannot say enough about the service at Keene. They actually work with the customer and understand customers pockets are not lined with gold. My first experience was getting my brakes done.. instead of NEW ones they resurfaced because they were not warped or damaged. Again a huge difference when expecting a 700.00 bill was under 600! Today, I needed not one but two new rear bearings.. I was quoted $306 from a repair shop. I stuck to my guns and went back to Keene, they quoted prior to working on them some where around low $300.00 for each. When I got my bill expecting it to be $600+ bill it was less than $575! Yes I have AAA but still they make my day! Every little savings says a lot.. and they do their best to help you and direct you in the right direction! What I really appreciate is all the kindness the staff has and it truly shows from the sales staff to the service. Keep up the great work.. More

Everyone I came into contact with at Subaru of Keene cheerfully and, with great patience, helped me in my effort to drive a Subaru Forester home. Mark, Mike, Craig (+ the young man with the Blue Tooth cheerfully and, with great patience, helped me in my effort to drive a Subaru Forester home. Mark, Mike, Craig (+ the young man with the Blue Tooth "magic") certainly went out of their way to make things happen. I deeply appreciate everything that was done to pave the way to "Subaru-land" for me. I drove home comfortable and feeling safe --- certainly confirmation of my decision.
