They offer shuttle service as well as a loaner vehicle if your car is going to be tied up for very long and they mean it. We have taken advantage for the loaner vehicle for an overnight so they could do late scheduled work when Gail could not wait. They gave her a loaner and it was not an old beater it was a very late model, reliable vehicle.
