I absolutley love the service department at Keene,they went over beyond my expectations to get my car fixed and back on the road. I had major warranty work performed on my motor by them and through the wh went over beyond my expectations to get my car fixed and back on the road. I had major warranty work performed on my motor by them and through the whole process they contacted me with updates and answered all my question. When i went to pick up my car they had detailed the whole car for me, it was looking better then the day I bought it from another dealership. If you need service done on your Subaru this is the place to have it done, they make the whole experience trouble free. You guys are great!!!! More
Wow I cannot say enough about the service at Keene. They actually work with the customer and understand customers pockets are not lined with gold. My first experience was getting my brakes done.. instead of NEW ones they resurfaced because they were not warped or damaged. Again a huge difference when expecting a 700.00 bill was under 600! Today, I needed not one but two new rear bearings.. I was quoted $306 from a repair shop. I stuck to my guns and went back to Keene, they quoted prior to working on them some where around low $300.00 for each. When I got my bill expecting it to be $600+ bill it was less than $575! Yes I have AAA but still they make my day! Every little savings says a lot.. and they do their best to help you and direct you in the right direction! What I really appreciate is all the kindness the staff has and it truly shows from the sales staff to the service. Keep up the great work.. More
I purchased a vehicle from another dealer about a month ago and started having problems within a week. The car was taken back once and they were very rude and did a very poor job taking care of the problem ago and started having problems within a week. Wondering what to do I deceided to go to Subaru of Keene and see if I could get an appointment to have it looked at. They kept my car there feeling that it was unsafe to drive and performed all inspections I needed to find out what was wrong with it. They explained everything to me and gave me advice on where to go from here. This place was amazing, all very friendly. They went above and beyond for me, (they didn't even tell me that I had to buy anything)I will be going there for service from now on and deffinately for my next purchase. More
I bought my Subaru at this dealership back in 2006, and moved from the area a few months later. While back in town of Spring 2011, my car wouldn't start and it was in the plaza across from the dealership. moved from the area a few months later. I stopped in and since service had just closed, Ken offered to come and check it out - in the end, the shifter just needed some jiggling, so I'm glad I went to Subaru rather than call a mechanic. I really appreciate that Ken & the rest of the staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help out! More
I have to tell you how much I appreciate Mike Perry for the way that he goes above and beyond in customer service. When I purchased the car, Mike told me that he would be happy to switch cars with me ever the way that he goes above and beyond in customer service. When I purchased the car, Mike told me that he would be happy to switch cars with me every time I needed service (he lives nearby.) He has always honored that promise and I really appreciate him for it. He shows up at my door always at our agreed upon time, swaps me a nice, clean subaru and then returns my car that evening cleaner than he got it and fully serviced. I couldn't ask for anything more. The customer service that I have received from Subaru of Keene is more than I ever could have hoped for in a car company and I thank you very much for it. More
I have 2 Subaru's that I have brought for service. The service was prompt and I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment like I do with my Chrysler. The service department is awesome, thanks to Dale Peloquin. He puts the "C" in customer service and is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him totally with my Subaru. I have been a customer of Subar Peloquin. He puts the "C" in customer service and is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him totally with my Subaru. Don't have much time for this, but Dale Peloquin is the best Service Manager there can be. Always have a good experience at Keene Subaru. Service was performed quickly. taking it in for service, they had it for 3 weeks, had to keep bringing it back with no satisfaction, there was always another issue with the car that they had made. It was a new car! Never go there, they keep bringing it back with no satisfaction, there was always another issue with the car that they had made. It was a new car! Never go there, they do not accomodate the customer and do very bad work. I had to go somewhere else and trade it in and took a substancial loss. I should have listened to the advice given to me, so please take mine. More
