The Subaru of Kings Automall replaced the engine of my 2011 Subaru Forester 6 years ago after it had broken down at 135k miles and I had purchased it at 130k miles. The cause of the breakdown was a known 2011 Subaru Forester 6 years ago after it had broken down at 135k miles and I had purchased it at 130k miles. The cause of the breakdown was a known head gasket issue with this model. During those 6 years I have had the radiator replaced with them and I have only put about 52k miles on the engine. About a month ago the car breaks down suddenly so I take it to the dealership to get inspected. After the inspection they tell me that not only is the engine destroyed but the radiator is destroyed too, both the engine and radiator were replaced by them. The reason is that combustion gases were mixing with the coolant and not cooling the engine down, but they weren't able to pinpoint an exact cause for this. Their service department was unwilling to provide any support in this situation, the reason being that I did not take the vehicle to them for servicing since I had the radiator replaced, even though I took it to a local Valvoline and they have a history of the vehicle being serviced. Their sales department says it has no value to them so they will not offer any trade in value to purchase a new vehicle from them so I will not. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, this dealership and Subaru as a whole have left me disappointed in a way that's hard to describe. Do not buy from this dealership and do not have your vehicles serviced by them. They will find any way to deny support and I do not trust their service department and their ability to replace parts within a vehicle. More

The purchase was smooth. The dreaded aftermarket maintenance sales pitches were minimal. Given the product is a Subaru, it must be the lousiest job in a dealership. There The dreaded aftermarket maintenance sales pitches were minimal. Given the product is a Subaru, it must be the lousiest job in a dealership. There was a lot of delay obtaining out of stock accessory parts--follow-up could have been better in that regard. Subaru sells a nice package of options that tend to come with the vehicle, want 'em or not. But, they are good choices. Dealer prep charges are steep. Spring discount is nice. More
The people I dealt with made the experience easy and special effort from my sales associate , Kelly , made us happy we chose Subaru. The dealership showroom could definitely use an upgrade, but the empl special effort from my sales associate , Kelly , made us happy we chose Subaru. Ethan McCoy was helpful and obliging. Even picked me up from Enterprise rental cars. I bought a Subaru from Kings a decade previously and it was a hassle-free experience then as well.
