We finally ended up going on a Saturday with a friend and ended up paired with John Agricola for our sales contact. He was great! There were no pushy pitches, no attempts to point me anywhere but at the ones I had expressed interest in checking out (Impreza Hatchback vs Crosstrek) - and he tailored his info as he found out more about our intended use for the car (a lot of doggy transport!) and likes and dislikes in a driving experience. He was personable and came across as really friendly, which made the test drives nice in that we could all be ourselves and I could focus on the cars performance, and not feel like I was fielding more sales gimmicks. No hassle, no stress, no fuss - after checking out the interiors of some of my options, I was able to settle on the trim and extras, we moved to pain free financing and paperwork and I walked out the proud owner of a 2016 Subaru Impreza.
