I have owned five Subarus previously. I just bought this one, a 2019 Legacy with 5000 miles on it, from Subaru of Loveland. My salesperson was Matthew Carlson. I was offered severely below a reasonable price for my excellent condition, 2019 vehicle. My salesperson, Zach, sent me an offer of 14k for my 2019 vehicle that was 29k less than a year prior! I checked what the vehicle was selling for retail and it appears that the dealership wanted to make over 6k on my vehicle! I understand the business needs to turn a profit but at this price I couldn't possibly recommend anyone to trade in their vehicle here. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in search of a fair price for my trade. More

Great, FUN experience, surprising our 16 year old! We had a wonderful experience with Subaru of Loveland. We were purchasing a car for our 3rd child, who had her heart set on a Subaru. We decided to surprise her with the car, for her 16th birthday. Rich joined in on the fun with us, sending "fake" texts, and setting up "fake" test drives for our daughter, all the while getting all of the information we needed on a car we had already decided on. He also handled it very well, when we changed our mind, last minute, and purchased a different car! Rich went the extra mile, taking care of our needs and all of our questions, through the process. We had a great experience and will be using Subaru of Loveland for our maintenance and service on little Shirley Stu, the Subaru, to keep her in shape! I had a great experience. I had a great experience at Subaru of Loveland on Saturday march 17th, 2018. We went there to look and were promptly met by Rich Moss. He was very p I had a great experience at Subaru of Loveland on Saturday march 17th, 2018. We went there to look and were promptly met by Rich Moss. He was very polite and not pushy at all. He asked us what we were in the market for, showed us a few units like we described and gave us room to talk and look. He didn't hover at all, which is my biggest pet peeve. He would check in periodically with us and then leave us alone for 8-10 minutes at a time. I felt super comfortable and had space to speak with my wife. When I car shop, I want to look on my own, but know help is there when I'm ready. Rich worked with us for several hours, made it super easy to test drive several different vehicles until my wife and I decided on the one we wanted. He was very patient and understanding of our needs and wants. He didn't try to sell us a more expensive car just to benefit himself. I received a follow up call about 3 days later from Rich to see if there were any concerns or questions that needed addressed. I've never gotten a follow up call before. This was new to me and I appreciate it. I felt like an important valued customer here. Closing the deal was just as easy when it was time to sign paperwork. Todd Seipelt introduced himself right away and was very knowledgable. He was very patient and took his time when explaining paperwork and made sure we understood all the documents. Again, he wasn't pushy with the selling of warranties and add-ons. I'll work with this dealer first in the future!!! Highly recommended. More
