GMC Professional Grade!! DeVoe GMC serviced our vehicle on 10/18/18. When we brought our vehicle in we were greeted right away and was directed to our service advisor “Greg Pr DeVoe GMC serviced our vehicle on 10/18/18. Thanks Ronald Carrillio Ronald Carrillo was outstanding!!! My GMC Sierra 2015 has a "Ghost" in it. I'm having a problem with the 4WD needing service. Oil change I was greeted in a professional manner, who introduced me to Dave Strauss, my service advisor. Dave was also very professional and courteous. When they returned my "washed" car to me, I could barely see out of the windshield with the bug splats left on. I will take it back to see if they can make it right. It always reminds me of a sign I saw in a service department years ago which read, "Why is there never time to do it right, but always time to do it over?" More
