We were contemplating a trade-in of our 2019 Forester Touring for a new one, but we wanted a specific color, which the dealership didn't have. Francisco went to Orlando and two days later, we had the car we wanted. Francisco G. went over and beyond helping us with the purchase. He wanted to ensure we were well taken care of and that every wish we had was fulfilled. He explained everything in detail, and if there was a question he didn't know the answer he immediately reached out to his superiors and got the answer. He was there throughout the process, and we felt like we were part of his family. We purchased several cars throughout our lives but never experienced this level of service and personalization. I'm not sure how are the other salespeople here, but I'm confident, he can teach many how customers should be treated. Excellent job, Francisco; please never change! :) More

By far the ABSOLUTE worst customer service!
