I always like going to this dealership, I don't get that feeling of being ripped off. I'm sent a video showing me whats wrong, very honest place. It's to bad I won't be needing these folks much longer becau feeling of being ripped off. I'm sent a video showing me whats wrong, very honest place. It's to bad I won't be needing these folks much longer because I plan on using my Subaru Outback as a trade in, in the coming months. I am so disappointed with Subaru, the issues I've had with my Subaru needing major work about six or so months ago at (North Tampa Subaru). A vehicle at the time that only had about 88,000 miles, nothing by today's standards and now again more work needed at 96,000 miles. I will likely look at another brand with a better vehicle reliability and longevity record. I've dealt with Jacob Smith in the past really good experience, this last visit I dealt with a woman very nice the paper work says Sydney John not sure why but she was very nice. More
