Keith a salesman was very rude and not considerate of my purchase. He acted as if he was giving me his car, as he put it. I was actually purchasing the car from the dealership. Thanks to the Supervisor Diaz, and Hector they took great care of what I wanted, and how I wanted it, and made it happen with a friendly voice, that made me comfortable to work with them. Waited 4 hours for an oil change and inspection is under vehicle. They were supposed to vacuum and wash the car when the four hours was up the car was still not washed and vacuumed.
