Jacob & team are amazing. I can honestly say that I have never worked with a dealership as superior as Subaru of North Tampa. I was given a loaner car to use, was not able to I can honestly say that I have never worked with a dealership as superior as Subaru of North Tampa. I was given a loaner car to use, was not able to travel back to the dealership to pick-up my car due to work issues, and Jacob arranged for delivery of my car with valet service and pick-up the loaner car. I live in Plant City. I was amazed at the offer. I also love how Subaru in general cares about the charitable needs of the communities they serve. GO SUBARU !!!!!!!!!! More

I was delivering a baby goat so I was late for my appointment. I named it Julio. Jake actually bought a nice little goat jacket for him. It was sweet! These guys are extremely involved with their customers and care a great deal! I really appreciate the caring team at Subaru of North Tampa... even when my cat got abducted by Marthdoor, they helped find little mittens by rigging up a 5000 GW sound amplifier to communicate with Marthdoor! Sydney is ok too. She handed me a tissue when I sneezed... so I was grateful for that. Thanx for being my favorite Subaru facility!...No one else can do what you all do! More
