We were at the dealership for 5 hours. We finally got an offer we could live with and when we went into financing David Funk mislead us on pricing of an extended warranty that ended up add We finally got an offer we could live with and when we went into financing David Funk mislead us on pricing of an extended warranty that ended up adding $5500 to our bottom line. We initially decline all extended warranties and I specifically said that we were not interested in financing extended warranties. Right before we got to the financial paper work he offered us a last chance extended warranty noting that it would add just $10 a month to our payment. We agreed - however after printing out our financial paperwork ourselves AT HOME, we discovered $5500 - that is NOT $10 a month - that is $76 month. We were furious. We did NOT like that the financial papers were not provided in printed form at the dealership so that we could review them before signing. All the financials were electronically reviewed and signed. We feel if we had a printed copy at signing we would have caught the deception. We immediately returned the next day to cancel the warranties which we were told would be applied to the principal of the loan. However, we still financed $5500 more than we anticipated. All our issues with this dealership fall on David Funk. We love the car. We had a tow hitch installed and like the service department. Lawarence Pfingsten was great. We will return to buy again because now we know how to deal with the financial end of the deal. We will not get fooled again. More
