Told him what we wanted and he took care of everything. Kept us up to date on the Sale Hold due to a part and treated us right. On the day of trade appraisal and paperwork we met Nick who was great along with Zac and our finance person who was outstanding. Great service and great customer service. No pressure to upsale anything on us. A truly wonderful experience. We highly recommend Subaru of North Tampa to anyone looking to by a new or preowned Subaru. More

They sold me a used car that had no oil replaced after an oil change before the sale. The engine failed within 3 weeks. I (This was confirmed with another subaru dealer( connelly) before i went to north tam oil change before the sale. The engine failed within 3 weeks. I (This was confirmed with another subaru dealer( connelly) before i went to north tampa). North tampa subaru agreed with diagnosis, but never admitted to reason why it happened. I was not treated well with replacement process The manager even said he wouldn't refund the purchase. Everyone just acted like they didn't k now what was going on. I had to fight and haggle to get the purchase price covered. When I bought a different car, they charged me multiple dealer fees to jack up the price. I felt like a prisoner being forced to buy a car because I had no other transportation to get home with . I would NEVER buy a car from there again nor recommend them. More

Upon arrival at the service center, I was told my service advisor was “ Sydney Johns” and was led to her desk. After about 5 minutes she had yet to arrive. Another polite pleasant young man stepped in and co advisor was “ Sydney Johns” and was led to her desk. After about 5 minutes she had yet to arrive. Another polite pleasant young man stepped in and completed the check in process. After waiting about 1.5 hours I hadn’t been notified of my SUV status. I went back to Sydney’s desk, but she wasn’t there. The young man who helped me before paged her. After 5 minutes she still hadn’t arrived, so the young man again stepped in and completed the process. I never saw or spoke to Sydney Johns. More
