Melvin & the used car manager were great to deal with but the finance guy was an absolute weasel ! I told them I was approved thru Suncoast Credit Union and ran my credit thru 5 banks and Suncoast and KNEW I the finance guy was an absolute weasel ! I told them I was approved thru Suncoast Credit Union and ran my credit thru 5 banks and Suncoast and KNEW I was approved by them ! He chose Wells Fargo with an almost DOUBLE interest rate and KNOWING I was approved at Suncoast Credit Union ! I also told him I didn't want any extended warranties and he tried his best to slip one of them in like I was an idiot and did not notice. and was pissed off ! Also tried to keep selling me GAP protection when I was only financing HALF of the value of the car ! SMH ! That guy ( Can not remember his name ) made the entire experience into CRAP ! I'd never go back there :/ More

Really appreciated the video walk through of the car including recommendations prior to estimate for work and being able to speak directly to the tech.
