In the video the service tech made (a very good idea, by the way), the service tech recommended that I have two maintenance items done that had previously been performed in my last two visits. It would have been about $500 of unnecessary work. After viewing the video I immediately walked to Jake's desk and told him what happened. Jake pulled up my file and agreed I did not need those two items performed. Probably just an honest mistake, but the service tech should have looked at the car's history at your shop. More

I have been dealing with your on line sales (Adrian Jacinto). My company purchases 15 to 20 vehicles per year. I have never been involved with such incompetency. Financing was lined up immediately (we use same local bank for our Company transactions). Most of the time i was just forgotten and would have to follow up. This continued till this week. I called to ask if i could pick up vehicle. Adrian said finance manager was off and would get with me Tuesday. Of course I had to call Wednesday. He did say I could come Thursday for vehicle. I also got Tony Pratts involved but I understand he has since left the company. I see Morgan Imports has dealerships in Lake City (our home office location) and we deal with those or did. I don't think we have ever had this type of issue. I also see that Morgan Imports makes it hard to get to there management. I have tried to search and call to get to parent company with no success.
