I was a loyal Reeves customer (3rd car) and am adjusting to new ownership. This service required a new battery and the total charge for that was $554.66. I might be out of touch with current rates, but re to new ownership. This service required a new battery and the total charge for that was $554.66. I might be out of touch with current rates, but really?! I have very low mileage (under 14K at time of service), the charge was waived as "battery coupon". I do appreciate that. Overall a good experience. Easy to schedule and communication was great. It did take longer than what was expected but the communication about that was good. The complimentary wash was a bit sub par honestly as I still have bugs on the front of my car that I'll need to wash off and spots on the windshield I'll handle myself later on. Wasn't sure what to expect with that but overall it was a positive experience. More
