Normally, my service is 5-star. On the most recent visit, though, my service rep's colleagues let her down, and so my car was not ready before a planned trip. As a result, the service department paid for a rental car a week longer than they needed to. I had to lower the Friendliness category for only one reason: The woman I spoke to the day before my trip had little compassion and didn't seem to understand that I wanted to do the right thing by bringing the rental car to the dealership. During my trip, my service rep called me, explained what happened, apologized, and took care of everything. I give her Five Stars for waiving the small service fee I would have had to pay had the car been ready on time. I love Zoe, and I'm sorry her team didn't step up to help her clients when she was out sick. As for the work done, it was fine...once it was completed. More

LONG wait times for an oil change/tire rotation (up to 2 hours). I also experienced an issue where I asked for a genuine Subaru part (vortex generator for my WRX) to be installed and they initially tried to hours). I also experienced an issue where I asked for a genuine Subaru part (vortex generator for my WRX) to be installed and they initially tried to charge me almost double the MSRP for that part (not including labor). Had I not done my part in checking the price beforehand, I would have been WAY overvharged! I do not recommend this Subaru dealership. I have not had this experience at other Subaru dealerships. More
