Overall process was fine. Salesperson was good. Deceptive Mandatory Fee that was "NOT" a market Adjustment but was some BS equivalent of undercoating or something. Was an exc Salesperson was good. Contacted my Bank for pay off without authorization - and proceeded to run credit MULTIPLE times when instructed that I only wanted to work with my current Bank. Was lied to time and time again being told they would not run credit more than once. Pretty stupid cause I was a lay down and we ended up going with my bank anyways. Just makes me not trust the dealership. And the Finance guy was just shopping the best kick back for him. Its one or the other- Screw me on the pretend "Not a Market Adjustment" or on the Credit, not both. Everyone was pleasant enough- Just felt that I could have been listened to better and my conditions respected more. Especially when paying Full MSRP PLUS for the vehicle. More

Excellent is what I can say, day before made online appt. for oil/filter change, arrived for service next day Danielle took care of me this time..took car in and I say within the hour car was done..no proble for oil/filter change, arrived for service next day Danielle took care of me this time..took car in and I say within the hour car was done..no problems ...no issues.
