I bought a car from them this month and the entire process was a nightmare. They took the longest time, even though they said they were rushing to get me out, then they completely charged me the wrong process was a nightmare. They took the longest time, even though they said they were rushing to get me out, then they completely charged me the wrong price which I did not even notice until I got home- they charged me $33k, when we had agreed upon $31k, then they were missing the certified pre-owned paperwork until two days later, then they had to come to my apartment and bring me documentation they forgot to have me sign- they did not know how to take my down payment- the financing guy was a complete xxxxxx and did not take any time to explain anything to me except trying to sell me on warrenties even after I told him no. I love Subarus, but I really wish I could purchase one without having to deal with the terrible annoying car sales people- it honestly makes me not want a car at all. More
