Bought a car at this location and Will kindly shipped it to CO where I was relocating. When shipped, the car was late and Will recommended I get a rental in the meantime and he’ll take care of the rental fe to CO where I was relocating. Sent the rental car receipt and received this confirmation “Check is approved , just needs to be signed by my GM and it will get to you id say by Monday , as soon as I get the tracking number I can send it to you as well”. That was Aug 9. Patiently waited and messaged every week with no reply. Was able to get ahold of Andres Sanchez who informed me that Will was now running the office and had been busy. Andres stated that he would “personally” take care of the check and have it sent out by the end of the week. That was Sept 18th. Now Oct 13th, I called Andres who claims he has “no idea what I’m talking about.” My first experience doing business with Subaru….and likely will be my last given the lack of communication and professionalism Subaru has employed. On top of not getting reimbursed for a rental car that I was recommended to move forward with, the team at Subaru of North Tampa failed to connect my information to the MySubaru app and further causing frustration and dissatisfaction with the company as a whole.
