I was determined to buy the car before I got there so it all depended on customer service. The sales guy, Kevin was great and very apologetic with any delays and issues that the dealership ran into. Even offered to get me snacks from the vending machine. Entire staff asked if I've been helped several times when I was alone and were friendly and nice. The entire buying process was pleasant and faster than most dealerships I've purchased from. The dealership was persistent with their "Subaru Advantage" and most of the features offered I did not need or would benefit me but there were a few I would prefer. This was the only car in all of FL I wanted so I didn't mind the price or extras so I accepted it. Unfortunately the features I wanted I did not receive after the car was sold or they failed within two days. The dealership said they will make it right and I'm willing to trust them but still don't offer something without providing it same day. The dealership is 2 hours from my location, Cape Coral so its kind of frustrating to drive back again to get it resolved. I will need a second car within the year and willing to go back as my situation may have been an one off and they make it right. Overall the staff was great, fast and friendly. They all worked together as a team to make the sale. I love the car and it was clean when it was delivered. The dealership also made follow-up calls and text to make sure I had a pleasant buying experience and I thank them for their patience. More
